The Institute was established under the aegis Birla Academy of Art and Culture.The Institute is supported by B.K. Birla group of companies. Dr. (Smt) Sarala Birla, Chairperson of Birla Academy and Syt. B.K.Birla, chairperson of B.K. Birla Group. The Institute offers seven courses (Business Management,International Business, Insurance and Risk Management, Retailing & Merchandising Management and Entrepreneurship & Family Business). Dr. Harivansh Chaturvedi is Director of BIMTECH. Birla Family is one of the India’s first and most wealthy business family. Syt. B.K. Birla is grandfather of Kumarmangalam Birla (one of the most wealthy person of India) Head of Aditya Birla Group .
